Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Period

  • Coimbatore Orders: Return requests accepted within 7 days from delivery.
  • Outside Coimbatore Orders: Return requests accepted within 3 days from delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product quality issues

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days.

Refunds may be issued via:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Discounted Items

Discounted or sale items are eligible for refunds unless restricted by promotional terms.

8. Logistics Responsibility

Shipping and logistics partners are responsible for delivery handling. If goods are damaged during transit, claims must be raised within the return window for investigation.
